School(s) in which grant is to be used
Describe which students are targeted to be impacted by this project i.e. Math, Science, Art, Seniors, Robotics Club Members, Women Future Business Leader Members, Marching Band Members
In writing your goal description, please consider the above required and suggested criteria.
Define the plan for the project including: what the project will involve, which students will participate, who will conduct and manage the project, if there are any other participants, where the project will take place, project timeline, resources needed, support needed, expectations and skill sets required of students.
Is this a One-time project or an ongoing project. If ongoing, what is the timeline?
What criteria will be used to evaluate the success of the project? What tools and/or methods will be used to evaluate how these criteria have been met? What is the future of the project - can it be sustained, expanded, or replicated?
Include your project budget. Outline the expenses and revenue (if applicable) of the project. Outline costs for supplies, materials, equipment, travel, and shipping/handling. Include ancillary district expenses such as personnel and facilities. Any equipment purchased to execute or support the grant becomes property of the Methacton School District. Equipment is different from "supplies" in that equipment generally constitutes non-disposable materials or devices, as opposed to renewal resources and or disposable supplies.
