Event Calendar

The Team Captain is responsible for registering the entire team. The following information will be needed for team registration: team name, all participant names, grades, birthday, school, parent/guardian name, parent/guardian cell phone number for each participant, and t-shirt size. The Team Captain is also responsible for collecting Permission to Participant forms from his/her team.
